Backyard Chickens
Having chickens in your life is so rewarding! The majority of my content is experiential. I always place the well-being of my chickens first, and share what has and hasn’t worked for me based on thoughtful research and assessment of their needs and wants.
Recipes
My recipes focus on vegan comfort food, bread, desserts, and some actual fresh healthy meals, always erring to side of quick and easy. I specifically adore Asian and Italian food so you’ll see a decent bit of that here.

A
Yes! I have a couple of staple recipes including almond milk and homemade peanut butter, plus a list of easy, low prep vegan snacks that I think would be beneficial to anyone new to this lifestyle. All of my recipes lean toward the easy side though, because it’s how I like to cook. For a simple and comforting favorite, try this Beyond Meat Lasagna.
