*You can buy either full-fat coconut cream or canned coconut milk and scoop out the cream. Depending on the brand, a can of coconut milk is usually about 1/2–2/3 cream and the rest is coconut water.**You may replace coconut cream and water with plant-based milk of choice if you wish. Start with 1 cup of milk and adjust per desired smoothie thickness.
